Reinforce : Let's start off with something simple, this quirk is as simple as it gets. the user can reinforce inanimate objects, greatly increasing their durability but increasing their weight proportionally to how much they reinforce the object. with this quirk a piece of paper can cut through steel and a plastic throwing knife can go through concrete.
Scalpel: user can remove up to one gram of matter from anything they can see, but with extensive practice it is possible to delete things with atomic level precision. this is a slightly modified version of a quirk i read about in a fanfic a while back, it was called juxtaposition. this quirk is a lot like the last one, in that while at first glance it is weak it becomes terrifying when you think of the implications, although this is definitely pushing that to the extreme.
Bladesinger: the user instinctively knows how to use any bladed weapon and can create a phantom copy of any blade they've ever used, the copies are fragile and vanish after a time limit expires.
Summon: can summon a ghostly copy of any video game enemy they have ever defeated to fight for them, this took inspiration from part of Weiss's abilities in rwby, although slightly modified to better suite a more realistic universe. The drawback is the same as it is for Weiss, keeping a summon up drains a lot of energy.
Gate : the user can create portals to anywhere they have a clear mental image of, with a maximum limit of three, but this can be improved with training and discipline. this is an incredible simple yet brokenly strong quirk simply due to how broken teleportation would be if it actually existed. honestly the fact that kurogiri makes such poor use of his portals has always been a pet peeve of mine. A personal request? if anyone decides to use this idea please write whoever has it to have enough of a brain to use portals correctly, lie if they need to knock somebody out just open a portal to the Marianas trench and let the water hit them like a truck.
Preview: the user can see the future consistently up to five seconds ahead. pair with a skilled martial artist and you get one of the most understatedly powerful quirks on this list.
Swap, user can swap any two objects in their line of site with each other instantly, does not work on living beings has a weight limit. Momentum is kept. ie you can toss a baseball and replace it with a cannonball and it'll hit at the speed the baseball would have with the mass of the canon ball
Plasma: user can generate plasma in a similar manner to Endeavor's flames, with the same drawback although reduced due the greater heat resistance required to be anywhere near superheated plasma and not die. due to the extreme heat the user can generate(no known heat limit) it is incredibly difficult to control and using it on a human is a horrifically bad idea.
Librarian: the user can create a copy of any book they've ever read at zero cost to themselves, can create infinite copies although they vanish after a few days. not sure how this could be used as a hero but some writers love a challenge .
Juggernaut: as long as the user is moving they cannot be stopped and they cannot be injured by blunt force, they can move at incredible speeds but it takes some time to accelerate. powerful and versatile. partially borrowed from the X-Men universe although i think their version of this is a touch more complicated.
Jesse Faden's abilities from control: if you ever played control you'll know what I'm talking about, but the long and short of it is that she has telekinesis that can be used in a variety of ways ranging from throwing debris at enemies to self levitation, also telekinetic blasts and shields. this is a fairly simple set of character abilities that would work well as a quirk.
Imitation: the user can perfectly and instinctually imitate anything another person has done in a ten foot vicinity of them within the last ten minutes, within reason; if the thing in question involved use of a quirk the user cannot do so. this is another quirk that seems far weaker than it is, in a fight with this an untrained user could go toe to toe with an experienced and trained fighter and provided they didn't have too big of a difference in strengths fight them to a standstill.
Abomination: ever played the darkest dungeon? if not you should correct that but that's neither here nor there. the abomination basically looks like a reptilian werewolf with horns has fangs claws and ridiculous strength. it also spits poison.
Final quirk of the day and this one's a bit more messed up than the rest
Injury Transference: the user can freely transfer injuries between people within their line of site, themselves included, the only limit is if the injury is to a mutant part of a person(broken wing on a hawk's lookalike) they have to find someone with a physically similar mutation to transfer it to. i can see a thousand uses for this ranging from relatively normal to seriously disturbing and it all depends on the user.
