Work Text:

Jungkook isn’t one to attend these types of things. He doesn’t really like contemporary stuff. He doesn’t particularly enjoy it because he’s used to living life quickly, time flying past. Contemporary music feels slow and gentle, things he’s never known.

Yet he’s been looking for this guy all throughout the show. He’s danced in every single performance; he’s astounding. Jungkook has only been able to stare at him since the very first second. It doesn’t help that he’s so beautiful. Jungkook is sitting in the first rows, mesmerized by this angel that seems to have come down from haven to make him feel stuff he hasn’t ever let himself feel. He’s surprised, overwhelmed and so nervous.

But he doesn’t want to run away. His soulmate mark, the one that’s been long forgotten for such a long time, is glowing right on the inside of his wrist. It’s been so long since it’s been alive and throbbing yet ever since he saw the guy, overwhelming feelings have been taking over. He wants nothing more than to meet him, talk to him, maybe get his number and take him out.

He’s a bit worried that it’s only him, that he’s the only one feeling the bond. Maybe it’s a one-way bond. It happens. Jungkook wouldn’t be surprised. He’s not exactly a lucky one. The angel hasn’t stopped dancing, hasn’t lost focus. Maybe he’s not affected because he hasn’t felt anything.

“Hey,” Taehyung pats his arm. Jungkook moves his eyes away from his right wrist and looks to the left, towards his best friend. “Are you okay? It feels like you’re not even paying attention,” he teases, lifting an eyebrow.

Jungkook frowns and sinks a bit in his seat.

“I’m paying attention,” he mutters.

He looks towards the now empty stage. According to the schedule they were handed before coming in, the last performance should be coming up. Serendipity.

“You gotta watch this one, it’s Jimin’s solo performance,” Taehyung points out, unnecessarily patting Jungkook’s knee.

Jungkook is watching. His angel’s name is Jimin. He’s changed into a white, flowy vestment. When he makes it to the center of the stage, white light surrounds him, everything else being tuned out by the lack of light. Jungkook is mesmerized. Jimin is so beautiful. He’s holding a white fabric in his hands, long and flowy around him, as well.

The song begins, slow and calm. Jimin moves to it perfectly, the fabric moving along with him, spreading around him in what seem to be literal wings. He jumps and turns, falls to the ground with grace. Jungkook realizes his mouth is literally open and closes it with burning cheeks. His heart is thumping in his chest, hands trembling slightly. An emotion he doesn’t know is moving all over his body. It’s almost as if he’s feeling Jimin through the soulmate bond. He can feel everything Jimin feels. His body is tingling with excitement and the rush of this performance.

It's hard to breathe but Jungkook finds that he likes feeling breathless, it makes him feel drowsy and high on…he’d never thought it was possible but maybe, maybe he’s in love. Love at first sight always seemed like something so stupid to him. Yet here he is, feeling things for someone he doesn’t even know and has only seen for about two hours.

Jungkook almost feels as if he’s the one up there, dancing with Jimin, becoming a part of the song and a part of him. It’s like they’re interlaced together. Jungkook isn’t sure of how he could possibly let go once this is over. He won’t be able to leave, not without Jimin. It sounds bizarre but he’s suddenly scared that he’ll be too lonely if Jimin isn’t around.

The omega (he knows this because Taehyung has talked about him for so long) has beautiful black hair, long and falling over his eyes every few minutes. He’s small but his movements are so sharp and perfect. His thighs look strong where they’re hugged by the material of his pants and his shirt is see through at some spots of his back, teasing Jungkook every time he moves in a particular way.

The performance ends far too quickly and Jungkook feels disappointment when Jimin slowly lifts himself off the ground, bows towards the crowd and disappears before the alpha has a chance to enjoy his presence for a few more seconds. Jungkook is left thinking about him as the lights go out and the performers slowly start to come onto the stage to say goodbye to the public.

Jungkook keeps his eyes on Jimin, hoping that he’ll look back at him but to no luck. They all go back behind and Jungkook is left wishing for more. He moves to stand up when people start to move but Taehyung shakes his head.

“Let’s wait for everyone to leave,” he says. “We’re going backstage to say hi to Jimin.”

Jungkook’s heart jumps in his chest with excitement. He likes that idea. He settles down and hopes for everyone to leave quickly so that he can see Jimin as fast as possible. The place slowly starts growing empty and as it does, Jungkook’s heart starts beating faster.

When Taehyung pats his knee for him to stand up, he awkwardly hides his hands in the pockets of his coat and follows him backstage. They walk past dancers that are talking and laughing, celebrating together. Jungkook sees Jimin before Taehyung does. The omega is talking with someone, holding a bouquet of flowers in his hand. Jungkook wonders who gave them to him. He wishes he had flowers to give as well.

When they’re close enough to him, the omega turns around, probably smelling Taehyung’s scent. He smiles so widely as he says goodbye to the person and starts running towards the other alpha. He somehow manages to not ruin the flowers as he reaches them.

“Taehyung-ah!” Jimin exclaims, suddenly wrapping himself around Taehyung like a koala.

Jungkook’s heard about this Jimin for a very long time. He can’t believe he never accepted one of Taehyung’s invitations to a performance. The platonic soulmate. If it wasn’t for that, his alpha would probably be angry about how familiar they seem around each other. Another alpha touching his omega. His. Jungkook shouldn’t be thinking about him in that way yet. For all he knows, Jimin doesn’t have a soulmate mark like Jungkook’s.

He awkwardly stands in place as Taehyung and Jimin whisper things to each other. He keeps his hands in his pockets, worried that if he takes them out, his soulmate mark will glow so much that Jimin will notice. He hopes his long coat will be enough to cover his wrist.

When the omega looks towards him with a smile, Jungkook’s heart jumps in his chest with excitement. He smiles back and bows slightly. Jimin bows back.

“You must be Jungkook,” he greets. “Taehyung talks a lot about you.”

“Yeah, he talks a lot about you, as well,” he replies shyly.

“I hope that all good things,” he says, his gaze moving towards Taehyung briefly. “Are you coming with us to get steak?” He asks, excitedly.

He’s cute. He’s so refreshing. Jimin is exactly what Jungkook has been missing in his life thus far. His soulmate.

“I didn’t know about―”

“Actually,” Taehyung interrupts him. Both Jimin and Jungkook look towards him. “I don’t think I’ll be able to go, Jiminie. Jungkook is free, though. So, he could definitely come with you.”

Jungkook’s whole body freezes at the idea of being alone with Jimin out of the blue. He doesn’t know if he’s prepared for that. He didn’t think he’d get this far so quickly. But that would be a date because they’d be alone and…

“I don’t mind,” Jimin replies, looking into Jungkook’s eyes. It strangely feels as if he’s looking into his soul. “If that’s okay with you? It’s a tradition to get steak whenever my performance is over.”

Jungkook nods quickly, not wanting to make Jimin think that he doesn’t want it. Of course he wants it. He wants Jimin, he’s wanted him since the second he saw him. Jimin smiles widely and turns back to Taehyung. They hug quickly and Jungkook looks down as he hears them whispering to each other again. It’s clear they have a pretty close relationship and Jungkook wishes he’d decided to come along sooner because he would’ve gotten to meet Jimin a long time ago.

“I’m trusting you with him, Jungkook-ah!” Taehyung exclaims, as they’re starting to walk away. “Take care of him.”

Jungkook nods and waves goodbye, finally settling on the way with Jimin. They walk side by side out of the theatre. Jimin had given his bag and the bouquet of flowers to Taehyung, who’d promised to keep them safe at home until Jimin could pick them up. It felt awfully planned but Jungkook hadn’t taken long to realize that it was. Taehyung had sent him a text just seconds after they left.

From: Taehyung

Saw your soulmate mark glowing when you were watching Jimin. He’s the perfect omega for you, Kook. Good luck!

Jungkook smiles to himself. Taehyung is the best friend he could’ve ever asked for. Now he has a sudden date with his soulmate, a sweet omega that keeps talking about how much he loves dancing and that’s making him feel like the happiest alpha in the world. And they barely just met.

“You’re awfully quiet,” Jimin mentions, making Jungkook tense up. He’s nervous. He doesn’t remember the last time he was so nervous around someone. “I’m sorry if Taehyung set you up and you had other plans.”

“No, not at all,” he assures, shaking his head. “You’re just, um…” he trails off. Jimin tilts his head to the side, eyes curious. “I’m just a little bit intimidated. I saw you up there and I keep replaying it in my mind.”

Well, Jungkook has always been direct. Sure, he’s nervous but it’s pretty obvious that it only makes him be more direct.

“Intimidated,” Jimin mumbles.

Jungkook sees his cheeks turning a slight pink and his alpha swells with pride upon being able to make the omega flustered.

“You looked like an angel,” Jungkook goes on.

Jimin’s eyes meet his again and he smiles widely.

“Thank you.” For a second, they both remain silent, but the omega continues talking not much later. “It’s a bit surprising that this is the first time I’m seeing you, considering the fact that Taehyung has mentioned you a million times,” he says.

“Contemporary music never was my thing,” he replies, smiling a bit.

“What changed?”

Jungkook isn’t completely sure.

“Things are just getting to my head and I thought about it as a moment to…” he trails off, not really knowing how to explain himself.

“Let go?”

He nods. “Yeah, something like that.”

“Well, I hope you managed. Contemporary music seems to slow down everything and it’s refreshing.”

“It did slow down everything. I honestly feel like I’m floating right now.”

Jimin giggles, looking sideways towards Jungkook.

“I feel like that all the time. It’s amazing.”

Jungkook doesn’t know if he feels that way because of the presentation or if it’s because of what he feels for Jimin right now. He likes it, anyway. He doesn’t want it to end.

“How did Tae and you make steak a tradition?”

“Now, that’s a very interesting story. How about I tell you about it while we eat?” Jimin replies with his own question, stopping next to a restaurant.

Jungkook looks towards it. It looks cozy.

“That sounds like a great plan.”

Jimin nods and gestures towards the door.

“After you.”

Jungkook grins and makes his way towards the door. He opens it up and this time it’s him who gestures inside. Jimin nods and walks in, looking around quickly and spotting an empty table. Jungkook follows suit, his wrist still tingling where it’s hidden in his pocket.

He’s very much aware that he can’t keep it there throughout the whole evening and sure enough, after a while of talking, he takes the long coat off and leans back in his seat, looking at Jimin while the omega talks. They’re sitting in a booth at the far end of the place and they aren’t bothered much, except when they’re given their steaks. Aside from that, they talk and talk and talk.

Jimin does most of the talking, that is. Jungkook has always been a quiet and shy guy. He focuses on his stuff, doesn’t really bother with other things. But once Jimin starts talking, it’s like he can’t stop listening, he can’t stop wanting to know more. The omega talks about what music means to him, about what dancing means to him. He talks about feelings and the importance they have in his life. He talks about so many things that by the time they’re done with their food, Jungkook feels like he knows everything about him.

“Sorry, I feel like I’ve talked far too much and haven’t let you say anything,” Jimin says, as they’re walking out of the restaurant. “You also didn’t have to pay.”

Jungkook is holding his coat over his forearm, strategically hiding his soulmate mark. He shakes his head and smiles.

“I promise I’m not complaining. You talk with so much passion about all the things you love,” he replies. “And it’s fine, I really wanted to pay for our meal. I enjoyed our evening so much.”

Jimin smiles shyly and nods. They walk slowly, side by side. He knows the night is over and Jimin will probably go home now. He could offer to walk him there, but the truth is, he doesn’t want him to go. Jungkook doesn’t want to leave Jimin at his place. He doesn’t want to let him go so soon.

“I don’t want you to go yet,” he blurts out, cheeks heating up almost immediately after.

Jimin stops walking and turns around. Jungkook had stopped before so he’s a few feet further.

“I don’t want to go yet either,” he murmurs.

Jungkook’s heart is thumping in his chest and his hands are trembling slightly because of his nervousness, but he pulls through and talks again.

“Maybe we can…I mean, it might sound bad. But maybe we can go to my place?” He asks. “I have a theatre room. We could watch a movie and…” he trails off.

Jimin is still looking at him, his expression unreadable. He’s playing with his fingers in front of himself and he seems just as nervous as Jungkook feels.

“I don’t just normally go home with anyone,” Jimin says softly. He’s walking, slowly making his way towards Jungkook. The alpha finds it harder to breathe as Jimin finally settles in front of him, eyes lifted upwards to find his. Jungkook tries to stare back at him as calmly as he can but he knows his scent must be giving him away. “Then again, you’re not just anyone,” he adds.

Something in the way he says it makes Jungkook freeze. He wants to believe it’s what his heart desires, but he can’t be sure. Not now, anyway. If Jimin comes home with him, then maybe he can figure out if this soulmate bond goes both ways. The mark has been throbbing over his wrist for what feels like forever and every time Jimin says something, the feeling grows and takes over.

Voice low and hesitant, Jungkook replies. “Is that a yes?”

Jimin smiles and gets on his tiptoes. For a long second, Jungkook is sure Jimin will kiss him. It’s like the world stops spinning and everything slows down just so Jungkook can get lost in Jimin’s beautiful features. The omega is closing his eyes, leaning forward, lips so close. Jungkook closes his own eyes but the kiss isn’t pressed to his lips. It falls to his cheek, soft and cold because they’ve been out for a while. His hands are still in his pockets and he barely manages to stop himself from taking them out to reach for Jimin.

When his eyes open, Jimin is back on his feet, smiling shyly.

“That’s a yes.”

Jungkook looks down, lips curling up in a huge grin. He’s so happy.

“Let’s go then.”

Jimin nods and walks by his side again. This time, his hand falls to the crook of Jungkook’s elbow and he holds on there, walking with his body pressed to Jungkook’s side. He’s small, his cheek almost pressing to Jungkook’s shoulder. He’s cute and he smells so good. Now that they’re much closer, Jungkook can smell his vanilla scent. It’s soothing, almost calming. His alpha settles down in his chest and relaxes.

It should be weird, but it isn’t. Jungkook feels at ease, even if Jimin is touching him so naturally, despite the fact that they just met today. It’s clear that their wolves already feel close to each other and they don’t mind showing it. Jungkook wishes he wasn’t as shy as he is but Jimin looks so relaxed, he doesn’t seem to mind how things are playing out and that’s enough to let the omega take charge.

They walk next to each other as Jungkook guides them home. It’s getting pretty late, almost midnight. But neither of them seems to care. They walk slowly, sharing shy gazes here and there. Jungkook talks a bit more, tries to tell Jimin anything he might want to know. His life isn’t that exciting. While Jimin dances in so many places and gets to know so much people, Jungkook spends his days in an office, in charge of his own company. He still tells him about how he got here, all the things he invested in and all the things he believes in.

When they make it to his place, Jungkook feels nervous. He feels like a teen, pheromones a mess in his body. He’s hyperaware of Jimin’s presence next to him, waiting for him to open the door to his house. It’s big but Jimin doesn’t comment on it. This is one of the reasons Jungkook is always so wary about people. The money. They tend to want that more than they want Jungkook. Jimin doesn’t. He doesn’t even look around. His eyes are on Jungkook and when the alpha closes the door, he reaches out to clutch his arm again.

Jungkook puts his coat aside and gently pulls at his long sleeve to cover his wrist. He’s still unsure of what’s happening but he doesn’t want to risk ruining it. If Jimin knows about this, if he feels it too, Jungkook wants to wait to be sure.

“Do you want something to drink?” He asks.

Jimin bites down on his lower lip.

“Okay,” he whispers.

“I’ll take you to the theatre room.” Jimin giggles as soon as they make it there and throws himself onto the huge sofa immediately. It’s big enough that almost all of his body fits, just his feet dangling off the edge. “I’m glad to know you like it. I’ll go get sodas, is that okay?”

“Yeah,” Jimin nods, smiling. “Hurry.”

The word is whispered and gentle but urging. Jungkook nods and hurries up to get their drinks. He likes that Jimin wants him to be close to him. He won’t make the omega wait. He makes it back to the theatre room within seconds, noticing that Jimin has already taken his shoes off, gotten comfortable on the sofa and is choosing through Netflix movies.

Jungkook likes that, even if Jimin seems a bit embarrassed when Jungkook comes in.

“I’m sorry, I just thought―”

“It’s okay,” Jungkook interrupts. “Brought you a soda,” he adds, tending the can to him.

Jimin takes it and opens it up to sip on it. Jungkook takes his own shoes off and gets onto the sofa, right next to Jimin. He tries not to think about it too much, choosing to settle right to his side. Close. Jimin looks ahead as he decides for a movie. He looks towards Jungkook to see if he’s okay with that before pressing play.

They leave their sodas at Jungkook’s side, on a small nightstand and comfortably start watching the movie. Jungkook is far too concentrated on Jimin’s delicious scent. He wishes he could just slide closer, hide his face in the omega’s neck and take him all in. Of course, he can’t do that out of nowhere, not without knowing if Jimin is okay with it.

Soon enough, it become quite obvious that neither of them is even watching the movie. Jungkook’s eyes are staring right at where Jimin’s hand is. Jimin’s body is a bit tense but he doesn’t smell distressed, he smells nervous. He’s moving his fingers, slowly sliding them towards Jungkook’s. And then he touches him gently, hesitantly. Jungkook takes a small breath and turns his hand around, letting his fingers open, Jimin’s fingers slipping in between.

They don’t hold hands, they just touch and touch, slide fingertips against each other’s skin. Jungkook’s heart jumps and his belly does a turn when he notices his wrist is in display but then he remembers the soulmate mark is on his other one and he relaxes, slowly turning around Jimin’s hand and pressing his thumb into the palm. Jimin gasps softly, almost inaudibly and Jungkook feels the mark throb, body tingling, coming alive as they explore each other’s skin.

He swallows down the lump in his throat and closes his eyes for a second, still tracing Jimin’s skin. It’s so soft. All of Jimin feels so good. He feels like everything is so obvious, the world is perfect as long as they’re wrapped up in this little bubble they’ve created.

Jimin’s hand wraps around one of his fingers and Jungkook’s eyes open, sliding towards the omega. Jimin just smiles and slowly crawls onto Jungkook’s lap. Jungkook’s eyes widen in surprise and he tenses up. He’s unsure of what’s happening, he doesn’t know what he can or can’t do.

“Where is it?” Jimin asks right next to his ear.

Jungkook doesn’t get a chance to reply because Jimin’s lips press right under his ear and he shudders, eyes fluttering closed. His hands are at either side of his thighs, pressing to the sofa. He wants to touch Jimin so badly but he’s not sure what the limits are. Jimin continues a trail down Jungkook’s jaw, soft butterfly kisses pressed to his skin.

Jungkook’s soulmate mark is tingling, the feeling spreading all over his arms and giving him goosebumps. Jimin keeps going, his hands sliding down his shoulders and moving over his arms. He freezes, though. He stops moving all together, lips hovering right over Jungkook’s cheek.

“Sorry,” he whispers. “I shouldn’t have―”

Jungkook’s hands move instantly, falling right to Jimin’s hips. He doesn’t overthink it, he just wants Jimin to know he wants to touch him back, he feels so many things for him even if they’ve only just met a few hours ago.

“It’s okay,” he assures. “It’s okay, Jimin. Keep touching me, please,” he begs.

Jimin releases a soft exhale, his lips pressing down to his skin again. His hands trail downwards, reaching his forearms. Jungkook moves his own hands to Jimin’s thighs, leaves them there because he’s not sure of what else to do. Jimin leans back, eyes meeting his. They don’t say anything as the omega tilts his head to the side.

“Where is it?” He asks again. “Can I see it?”

They both know what he’s talking about. Jungkook swallows down the lump in his throat and lifts his right hand in between them. Jimin looks at his hand, holds it between both of his. They’re small next to Jungkook’s and his fingers are gentle as they trace his skin. He slides down the sleeve and frowns when he doesn’t find anything. But Jungkook slowly turns his hand and watches as Jimin’s eyes widen, thumb pressing quickly over his soulmate mark.

It’s almost as if he’s being punched in the chest. His body is suddenly on fire, everything is heightened and all he can think about is Jimin, Jimin, Jimin. He gasps, head tilting back and eyes closing. It feels far too good and he’s barely touching him.

“Wow,” Jimin mumbles, soft and distracted. Jungkook is far too mesmerized by the omega to say anything. He just stares at Jimin’s beautiful face, watches as the omega traces soft fingers over his soulmate mark, igniting intense feelings inside of Jungkook’s chest. His heart is beating so fast he feels breathless. “Do you believe in love at first sight, Jungkook?” He asks.

Jungkook is surprised by the question. It leaves him silent for a long moment. The omega waits patiently, still so distracted by Jungkook’s soulmate mark. When he fails to say anything, Jimin’s eyes meet his.

“I knew it was you when I got onto the stage. My soulmate mark started tingling and I looked across the audience to find you looking at me. I just knew.” He confesses.

“I knew it too, Jimin,” he’s fast to reply. “I couldn’t stop looking at you since the first second.”

Jimin smiles and let’s go of his hand, instead cupping Jungkook’s cheeks and staring into his eyes. Maybe it is love at first sight. Maybe it exists. Maybe it is possible. Either way, they’re literally meant to be together and Jungkook wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I didn’t know it would feel like this.” Jungkook closes his eyes when Jimin’s lips press to his forehead. “Scent me, please. Scent me and then kiss me and never let me go.”

Jungkook doesn’t even hesitate. He quickly brings a hand up to cup Jimin’s jaw, thumb pressing under the omega’s chin and tilting his head back. He leans forward, his nose pressing right over Jimin’s scent gland and both of them sigh in relief as soon as their scents come together, mingled just so intimately. Jimin’s hands slide into Jungkook’s hair and he tugs at it, pressing him closer.

Jungkook closes his eyes and slides his nose up his neck, under his jaw, he focuses there for a long moment, just rubbing slow circles, before sliding under Jimin’s earlobe. Then back down, seeking his collarbone, a place where he knows he’ll smell the most like vanilla. He slides his nose over the soft skin and his alpha is delighted at the shudder that leaves Jimin’s body.

He feels the omega’s lips pressing to his temple, fingers carding through his hair.

“Can I?” His voice is low and the words are whispered.

Jungkook somehow already knows what he’s talking about. “Yeah.”

Jimin’s scenting is different from Jungkook’s. While Jungkook was slow and gentle, taking his time to explore all of Jimin’s skin, the omega is quick to rub his cheek against Jungkook’s, down over his neck and then his lips press to his scent gland, mouthing over his skin. Jungkook gasps when Jimin’s fingers tangle in his hair and tilt his head back, giving the omega more space to work with. Jungkook immediately decides that he likes how Jimin does his scenting. He’d be more than content to lay down and let Jimin explore every single inch of his body.

When Jimin is done, his eyes meet Jungkook’s, he still has a hand in his hair but the other one is gently touching his cheek, thumb stroking his cheekbone. Jungkook feels breathless in the best way. He lets his hands fall to Jimin’s waist, thumbs drawing gentle circles over his belly. His hands are so big compared to Jimin’s small body.

When they kiss, it’s slow. Jungkook leans forward until his parted lips are brushing against Jimin’s. “Where’s yours?”

Jimin looks down with a seductive gaze. Their lips are still brushing, so close as they talk.

“Why don’t you find out?”

Jungkook feels a smile take over his lips. He doesn’t think he could’ve gotten any luckier. Jimin is so full of emotions and Jungkook needs them, he has for a very long time.

“Okay,” he whispers.

His lips press to Jimin’s finally and the omega sighs, sliding closer to him, fingers slowly sliding in between his hair strands. They kiss slowly, lips moving against each other’s, Jungkook’s hands moving under Jimin’s shirt, fingertips sliding against his skin. He feels heavenly close to him, still on his lap.

Jungkook doesn’t even remember the last time he kissed someone, but he knows it’s never felt like this. Jimin makes him feel so many things just with the way he brushes his lips over Jungkook’s and when he lets his tongue trace his bottom lip, when he bites down softly, teasingly and pulls, making Jungkook groan.

Jungkook slowly slides his fingers forward, up Jimin’s belly, toned muscles being discovered. They move up and up, slide over his ribcage and he freezes when Jimin moans, head falling backwards and body trembling slightly. It’s so surprising and sudden. Jungkook doesn’t take long discovering what caused Jimin’s reaction. When he lifts Jimin’s shirt, he finds the same soulmate mark across his right side. A beautiful tiger lily flower, glowing slightly against his skin.

Jimin’s face slowly comes back down and he stares at Jungkook through heavy lidded eyes.

“Does that feel good?” He asks slowly.

Jimin takes a deep breath. His arms are wrapped loosely around Jungkook’s neck, nails scratching at his back.

“Yeah, that―” he stops abruptly when Jungkook presses his thumb to the mark, marveling in the way Jimin’s body shakes, nails digging into his back, fortunately covered by his shirt. “Jungkook,” he whines, bottom lip jutting out in a pout.

God, he really is so cute.

“You don’t like it?” He asks softly.

“Fuck,” Jimin pants, chest heaving. “Of course I do.”

Jungkook can smell Jimin’s arousal, the way his body tenses up in his lap and his gaze turns much unfocused. The change in the air around them is so painfully obvious, his own scent spiking up at the smell of his omega. His.

“It’s so pretty,” he mumbles. “You’re so pretty.”

“Touch me,” Jimin whines, pressing kisses all over Jungkook’s face.

“I am,” Jungkook replies, confused.

“Touch me more.”

Oh. Jungkook sighs when Jimin grinds his ass against his cock. He hadn’t noticed he was starting to get hard but apparently, Jimin’s scent and knowing how sensitive he is to Jungkook’s touch over his soulmate mark is enough to get him like this. He’s glad Jimin doesn’t mind taking care of it. Jungkook doesn’t mind taking care of him as well.

He doesn’t say anything, just let’s go of his shirt and trails his hands across Jimin’s back, moving downwards towards a place he hadn’t been able to keep his eyes off while Jimin was dancing. The omega hums when Jungkook’s hands fall to his ass cheeks and his grinding turns harder, faster. His whines are pretty, desperately breathed out next to his ear.

“I’ve been waiting for you,” Jimin says. “For so long, I was scared―”

“I was, too,” he interrupts. “I felt so relieved when it started tingling. I still can’t believe I found you.”

He squeezes Jimin’s ass cheeks and pushes him forward against his hard cock, growling when pleasure shoots all over his body. Jimin whimpers and tilts his head to the side in submission. Jungkook is fast to slide his tongue over the omega’s scent gland, making sure to mark him with his scent so that nobody else dares look at him.

“My alpha,” Jimin mutters, voice husky. “Mine.”

He’s possessive. Jungkook likes it.

“Yours,” he assures. “Mine,” he mumbles, squeezing again.

Jimin whimpers and crashes his lips against Jungkook’s once more. The kiss is sloppier, less coordinated. They just want to feel and take and have each other as close as they can. Jungkook is aware that they’re going at it like newly presented teens, dry humping each other, but he couldn’t care less. It feels better than anything he’s ever felt before.

“Yours,” Jimin whines. “Forever, Jungkook-ah. Forever.”

Yes. Jungkook’s alpha takes over. Within seconds, he throws Jimin’s body onto the couch and he settles in between his legs, pressing his hips to the omega’s. Jungkook takes control. He pushes his hips against Jimin’s over and over again, one of his hands caging Jimin’s wrists above his head, pinning them to the sofa and the other one slides over his thigh, lifts it up and helps him wrap his legs around his waist.

“Alpha,” Jimin mewls, back arching off the sofa, desperately moving against him, trying to match his grinding.

Jungkook doesn’t even remember how to talk. He groans and hides his face in the omega’s neck, hand letting go of his wrists in favor of touching him more and exploring his body. He can smell Jimin’s slick and he wishes he could touch it, reach in between his ass cheeks and make him come in a trembling mess. That’s something for another time. He can’t help asking, though.

“You smell so good,” he murmurs against his skin. “Are you wet?”

“Yes, yes. Only for you.”

A rumble settles in Jungkook’s chest. He starts moving faster, the familiar warmth spreading across his lower belly. Jimin is whimpering, one hand tangled in Jungkook’s hair and pulling at it so hard that it hurts. But it hurts so good. The other hand is clutching his shirt, his hips moving against Jungkook’s in desperation.

“You’re driving me crazy,” Jungkook gasps, lips mouthing against the omega’s scent gland. Vanilla explodes around him and he realizes Jimin is coming, Jungkook’s name being yelled out as he trembles beneath him.

His scent is enough to push Jungkook over the edge and with a final thrust, he comes in his boxer briefs, Jimin’s body wrapped around his own. He slumps down with a groan, face hidden still in Jimin’s neck. He whines softly, rubbing his forehead across his skin. Jimin is still coming down from his own orgasm but he cards his fingers through Jungkook’s hair and presses kisses to his head. It’s so familiar and natural. Jungkook loves it. He feels protected and safe.

“Jimin,” he murmurs.

“Yes?”

“Will you stay over?”

Jimin giggles.

“I don’t usually stay over at anyone’s place.” But Jungkook already knows what’s coming next. “Then again, you’re not just anyone.”

“You’re not just anyone either.”

Jimin suddenly hugs him tight, wrapping himself around him tightly. Jungkook sighs and sinks deeper into his neck, his alpha content with their closeness and how perfect the omega feels, how perfect he is for him.

“Can I shower, though?” Jimin asks. “I’ve made a mess of myself.”

He sounds somewhat embarrassed.

“I’ve made a mess of myself too. God, you’re just so much,” he mutters. “I can lend you some clothes. Wanna go upstairs to my room?”

“A bit presumptuous, aren’t we?” Jimin teases.

Jungkook pats his thigh playfully.

“We’re just going to sleep.”

“Of course, I never said the contrary,” Jimin replies. “But we have to move for that, baby.”

Jungkook loves that. He wants to be Jimin’s baby forever. He snuggles closer over his chest.

“Just a little bit longer.”

Jimin hums.

“As long as you want, Jungkook-ah.”

Least to say, it takes them more than an hour to actually move. And when they finally settle under the covers a few minutes later, they end up wrapped around each other all over again, their wolves never planning to let go.
