Bio
HELLO.
My name (but not my real name) is Jayme Lecoeur (she/her), but you can just call me Jay. I'm a fiction writer and a digital artist, as well as a voice actress and an audio engineer! I have three cats and an amazing, super supportive wife. I hope you'll all enjoy my work!
FORLORN: Cover art by Bakki. Forlorn started off as a one-chapter one-shot that was supposed to end with Yang admitting she had feelings for Blake, too. But then I gave it some more thought, and I was like, "Nah, we can go further." So, Forlorn began exploring what a relationship with a straight-Yang would be like. Writing Forlorn has been a journey of self-discovery, for sure. Related to that, I'm working on a fully-casted audio drama of the story, music and sound effects included, narrated by me! You can subscribe to me on Youtube under the name Little Moose Noises.
FORLORN REMASTERED: I've changed as a person, guys. Hope you enjoy the new perspective and maturity. lol
CONTRECOEUR: **On indefinite haitus**. This is Forlorn's sequel, cover art by PricklyAlpaca. Chapter 5 contains the story outline, for those of you who didn't want to be left hanging forever. I'm afraid I may have gotten in my head at the time of starting this story, and after taking a long break from it, I realized the concept was...eh. And I don't know that I was addressing mature topics well enough in this story, either. I'm sorry, guys. Maybe I'll come back to it one day, but no promises.
BOUND BY BLOOD - VALE: This story is based on Wolfcreations21's "Vampire x Vampire Hunter AU." It does diverge from the AU, so while they have similarities and may even loosely follow the same story progression, the scenes and characterizations and various plot points and even the roles some of the characters have are different. While Forlorn was a journey of self-discovery, Bound by Blood mirrors my struggle through religious trauma.
I always love constructive criticism! Happy reading!
