“I believe there is, though, Emrys,” Arthur looked into the druid leader’s eyes, trying to convey how meaningful this moment was. Emrys relented with a sigh and a slight incline of his head, still bothered by the pomp. Arthur’s throat felt dry and tight but he still spoke loud and clear as he said, “On this day, I, King Arthur of Camelot, pledge to restitute any and all items that wrongfully came into Camelot’s possession as a result of the theft, looting and persecution of the druid people.”Or

Arthur accepted the little tube, placing it between his lips like Merlin said.
“I’m gonna light it for you,” Merlin said, leaning forward. “When it catches, just breathe in.” Arthur nodded, almost going cross-eyed as Merlin flicked the lighter and held it to the end of the tube. It started to smolder and glow orange as Merlin sat back.
“Now you inhale, Arthur.”
Arthur nodded as he took a deep breath… and promptly choked it back out with a cough. His mouth and throat felt all tingly and insanely dry.
“This is suppo- suppossed to be rela- relaxing?!” he spit out through his gagging. Merlin rubbed his back.
“Sorry ‘bout that, smoke can be a bit rough on the lungs,” he said. Arthur glared at him.
