Summary
After a new law in England is passed due to the selling of confidential information from police records, Dylan the civilian detective that had been helping the police, is left without a job. As a result the British police office transfers him to America more specifically the city of Gotham wanting him to stay on the side of the law.
Dylan, now in a new environment with new dangers and very different ways of working in the underground, Begins to discover more and more about people and the city, some of whom might not apricate the reckless and logical nature of the detective when he starts to clock the secrets that are hidden behind closed doors.

My point is that I've got you- if you need help with OCs, all you need do is ask. I've been making OCs since I was 7, and I've made almost every type you can think of!

Each chapter will be dedicated to someone else's OC! All the fandoms listed are ones I could think of on the spot but I most likely will add more!!
